Welcome to Gerolstein - Welcome Home!
Our two holiday apartments, Karlsson & Bär, are located in a detached two-family house and were extensively renovated in 2023 and 2024. We value quality, comfort, and warmth. You'll find high-quality beds, mattresses, blankets, and pillows here. All rooms are not only modern but also comfortably furnished. Besides the two holiday apartments, there are no other parties in the house! If you're traveling with a larger group, you can also book both vacation homes in parallel, giving you the entire house to yourselves.
In our kitchens, you'll find a basic stock so you don't have to worry about the "little things": spices, dish towels, dishwasher tablets, a selection of coffee pods for our Tassimo machines, tea, paper towels, etc.
Each holiday apartment has a 75-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 55-inch Smart TV in one of the two bedrooms. In addition to fast WiFi, there is also a selection of classic board and group games. We have also thought of the little ones: both apartments are equipped with a selection of children's toys.
Our holiday house is very centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions in Gerolstein. Within a few minutes, you can walk to the city center of Gerolstein. Here, you can enjoy shopping, a cup of coffee, an ice cream, or visit one of the many restaurants. The Gerolsteiner indoor and outdoor pools are also just a few minutes' walk away. Despite its central location, our holiday home is quiet and you can easily find parking spaces at the door.
You can check in and out flexibly in all our apartments. We work with modern key codes so that you can receive the keys to your vacation apartment stress-free and without time pressure.
For both apartments, you have the option to book a laundry package in advance. If you choose this option, the beds will always be freshly made, and there will be enough towels in the apartments. If you travel with dogs, your four-legged friends unfortunately cannot sleep on the beds if you use our bed linen. However, if you bring your own bedding, dogs are even allowed in our beds.
The fee for the linen package is a one-time €25 per stay per flat.

- This holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the holiday house and has a floor area of 100 m², divided into two large bedrooms, a living kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living room;
- This apartment also has a new fitted kitchen, which is also equipped with a dishwasher and a ceramic hob (see photo left);
- In the bathroom, you will find a washer with dryer function that you can use free of charge during your stay;
- Unlike the Karlsson apartment, this apartment does not have its own garden. However, from the large windows, you have a beautiful view over Gerolstein;
- For your entertainment, there is a 75-inch flat-screen TV in the living room and a 55-inch flat-screen TV in one of the bedrooms, both of course SMART TVs;
Wi-Fi and board games; - Suitable for up to four adults and one small child;
Dogs are allowed, as in all our apartments.

- This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the holiday house and has a floor area of 110 square meters, divided into two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a living kitchen, and a large living room;
- Surrounded by two large terraces and a fenced garden with a beautiful view of the Gerolsteiner Dolomite Rocks, you can barbecue and relax outside;
- The apartment has a fully equipped, new kitchen, including a dishwasher and a large, free-standing fridge with a large freezer compartment;
- In the summer months and in good weather, you will find a heated whirlpool on one of the two terraces.
- Suitable for up to four adults and two small children. One of the bedrooms has a cot for children up to ten years old;
- For your entertainment, there is a 75-inch flat-screen TV in the living room and a 55-inch flat-screen TV in one of the bedrooms, both of course SMART TVs;
Wi-Fi and board games; - As in all our apartments, dogs are unrestrictedly allowed.
Prices
... spread over the number of people arriving and the season you are on vacation with us. The standard price includes up to two adults, and for each additional person, we charge a surcharge of 20 euros per night.
Children up to 4 years old travel for free, and children between 4 and 8 years old pay only 10 euros per night.
Pets travel for free.
The stated rental prices include all additional costs, with the exception of cleaning costs of 50 euros. These are charged once and are the same for all living units.
On request, additional packages can be booked, such as the laundry package (one-time 25 euros, regardless of the number of guests).
